1974 Panasonic WV-2200 two-tube color camera

This is a handheld, portable color camera. The camera has a 1 1/2 inch viewfinder, and 6X zoom lens with auto iris. There is also an auto white balance button, and tube registration controls.

The CCU, has a battery compartment on the back, and a carrying strap can be attached to the two mounts on each side. The CCU has pedestal and gain knobs, and three trim pots for R G B pedestal. The CCU is powered through a 4 pin cable, and the camera connects to the CCU with a large multi-pin connector, on the side next to the power connector.

This camera could be used with the NV-3085 1/2 inch EIAJ VTR, to record mobile color video. Although, the NV-3085 needed a separate adapter to playback in color. I have two of the cameras  and they are broken, very dirty and awaiting restoration.
