1978 Panasonic PK-200 consumer color camera
The Panasonic PK-200, was Panasonic's version of the RCA CC002. Both were made in 1978. Designed to be used with the early era of Panasonic portable VHS VCRs. I don't know the model of the VCR for this camera. Standard controls on the back, including manual color controls and a three-position color temp switch. 1/8 inch mic jack, light meter, and record and power lights. Very heavy, (about 15 pounds) and uncomfortable to hold, no shoulder pad! Although the side panels are plastic, it's very thick plastic which won't flex or crack. The bottom and top panels are metal, good job Panasonic! The camera works nicely, and Iv'e taken it outside to record a few times with a portable VCR. It got tiring carrying this thing around in just a few minutes!
