1982 RCA CC012 handheld color camera
This was probably the lightest and smallest video camera of 1982. It has an extendable microphone, pistol grip, power zoom, and electronic viewfinder. A pleasure to hold, extremely light for all that's in it!
This camera doesn't use a vidicon tube. It's a Saticon or Newvicon, I'm guessing a Newvicon. Controls on the side for indoor/outdoor and white balance set, and a knob to the left of the viewfinder for red/blue balance. The pistol grip hinges to the other side of the camera to reveal a tripod mount.
