1966 Ampex CC-450 B&W viewfinder studio camera
This was one of the first industrial-type studio viewfinder cameras. It uses a 2/3-inch vidicon tube, on a rack focusing mount to move the vidicon farther or closer to the lens to focus. This is controlled with a knob on the back. It has a very large built-in viewfinder. The lens seen on it here is not the original, as the camera didn't come with it's original zoom-rod type lens. There is a power switch, and start and stop controls on the back, for the VTR the camera would connect too. There are V hold, H hold, brightness and contrast knobs, as well as beam, target and focus controls on the back. On the bottom there is a Jones connector for the power supply.
